- 2 large sweet potatoes, cut into thin fries

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 220°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated. Spread the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are crispy and golden.
